About these coloring pages

Turkeys are the star of Thanksgiving. These free pages go from a round, five-feather turkey for toddlers to a detailed turkey mandala for older kids and adults. In between are turkeys in a pilgrim hat, in autumn leaves and on the farm. The big tail feathers give kids lots of room for color, since each feather can be different.

These library pages are free for personal and classroom use. Read the license.

Printing and coloring tips

  • Rainbow tails are a classic. Give every tail feather a different color, then go back and add dots or stripes.
  • For a classroom turkey craft, color a page, cut out the turkey and glue real paper feathers or handprints behind it.
  • Toddlers do best with the easy pages and chunky crayons. Older kids can try colored pencils on the patterned and mandala turkeys.
  • If the page prints too small or cut off, set the print scale to "Fit to page" and the orientation to portrait.
