Terms of use

These terms are the agreement between you and Nutmeg Studios LLC, which runs Coloring Moon (coloringmoon.com). By using the site you agree to them. Last updated October 24, 2026.

The service

Coloring Moon has free printable coloring pages, SVG cut files and clipart, two name tools, and a generator that turns your description or photo into a coloring page. Free use needs no account. Premium is a paid plan with more pages, saved pages and a coloring book maker.

Accounts are for adults

You must be 18 or older to make an account or buy Premium. Children can color the pages, but a parent, teacher or other adult runs the account and chooses what to upload. Keep access to your email safe, since sign-in links go there.

Premium and automatic renewal

  • Premium costs $7.99 a month or $59.99 a year, plus any tax that applies. People who start a yearly plan by January 31, 2027 pay the founding price of $47.99 a year, and keep it for as long as they stay subscribed.
  • Premium renews automatically at the end of each month or year, at your plan's price, until you cancel. Stripe charges the card you paid with.
  • If we ever change the price of your plan, we'll email you at least 30 days before your next renewal.
  • Premium includes 300 new pages a month from your photos and ideas. The count starts over each month. Free use includes 1 page a day.
  • If a payment fails, Stripe tries again for a short time. If it keeps failing, Premium ends.

Cancelling

Cancel at any time on your account page: choose Manage billing, then Cancel. You keep Premium until the end of the month or year you paid for, and you won't be charged again. Your saved pages stay in your account after Premium ends. Deleting your account cancels Premium right away.

Refunds

Ask for a refund at any time and we'll refund your last payment, no questions asked. You can do it yourself on your account page with Cancel and refund my last payment, or email us. When we refund, Premium ends right away. Your saved pages stay. Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually show up in 5 to 10 days.

If the law where you live gives you more rights, these terms don't take them away.

What you can do with the pages

Library pages, cut files and clipart are free for personal and classroom use. Pages you make on Premium can also be sold, for example in a printed or KDP coloring book. Pages you make on the free plan and library pages can't be sold. The license has the full rules, including what happens after you cancel.

Fair use of the generator

Please don't use the site to:

  • Make pages of famous characters, brands or logos, or copy another artist's work. These belong to their owners.
  • Upload a photo you don't have the right to use, or a photo of someone else's child without their parent's okay.
  • Make anything sexual, violent, hateful or meant to hurt or bully someone.
  • Get around the daily limit, the safety checks or the page counts, or scrape or overload the site.

We may turn down a request, remove saved pages or close an account that breaks these rules. If we close a paid account for a reason other than abuse, we refund your last payment.

About AI-made pages

  • The generator uses AI image models. Pages can have mistakes, and the same request can give a different page each time.
  • A page can by chance look like an existing picture or character. Look over every page before you print or sell it. Our checks catch a lot, but not everything.
  • Pages made with AI may not be protected by copyright, and others can make pages that look like yours. We don't give anyone exclusive rights to a page.

Limits on our responsibility

We work hard to keep the site running and the pages right, but we provide it as it is, without promises that it will always be available or free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, such as lost sales or profits. Our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem. Nothing here limits responsibility that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new date, and email Premium members about important changes before they apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA.
