About Coloring Moon

Coloring Moon is a small site of free printable coloring pages for parents and teachers. It is made by the team behind svg.new and vectorart.ai, two tools for turning pictures into clean vector art.

How the pages are made

Pages are drawn with the help of AI image models, then checked by hand. We throw out pages with broken lines, odd hands or paws, text, or anything that looks like a known cartoon character. The ones we keep are cleaned up into pure black lines on white and traced into vector files, so they print sharp at any size.

Every page comes as a PDF for US Letter or A4, a PNG and an SVG. There is no account and no sign-up for the free pages.

How the make-your-own tool works

On the coloring page generator you describe a picture, or you upload a photo on the photo page. An image model draws it as line art. We then turn every pixel pure black or white and trace the lines into an SVG. You get the page in a few seconds to a minute, ready to print.

Prompts and photos are checked by a safety filter first. Requests for famous characters and brands are turned down, since those belong to their owners. We don't store your photo. It's sent to our drawing provider to make your page. The privacy page says who that is and how long they keep it.

Name pages and tracing worksheets

The name coloring page and name tracing worksheet tools run in your browser. They use open-licensed fonts and never send the name anywhere.
